Midnight El Grande

Luigi's Mixed Rice is now a participant of Midnight El Grande Night Market at Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas Avenue, Pasig City. We started last Thursday, February 16, 2012 and will be a participant for the coming months. Midnight El Grande is open every Thursdays to Saturdays, 6pm to 4am.

Midnight El Grande started last December 2011 but Luigi's was not able to join because of previous engagements booked for that month. Hopefully this year, the event will be successful so Luigi's Mixed Rice can be a permanent food concessionaire of the event.

Midnight El Grande clients usually comes from Medical City, Rockwell Business Center offices such as Aegis People Support and Trend Micro. Organizers of the event are trying tap more food merchants to entice more customers to patronize the night market.

Event organizers are also planning to set up a Sunday Morning Market titled Sunday Lifestyle. Schedule of the Sunday Lifestyle will be announced soon.

Transcom Christmas Party

Luigi's Pasta was invited last December by Transcom BPO located at Frontera Verde, Pasig City to their Christmas Party. The venue was the rooftop of Transcom Building and was attended by hundreds of their employees.

The party started as early as 6 pm and ended until 2 am. Food merchants were invited by the company and employees were given food stubs to use as payment for their food purchase. Transcom in turn will pay for all food stubs collected that night.

Too bad Luigi's Mixed Rice was not allowed to set up with our pasta dishes since the organizer told us that another merchant was selling mixed rice too. Upon checking that night, the merchant was not selling mixed rice at all. They were just selling fried rice with different meat recipes as toppings. Anyway, it was a successful event for Luigi's Pasta since most of our dishes were almost sold out.

A very big thanks to Transcom Management for inviting us. Hopefully we will also be invited to their future events as well.

As early as 5 am, Luigi's staff headed by Mr. Stephen Hinampas were already prepared to serve meals to Haribon Foundation's volunteers and this year's runners.

Newly cooked meals were also served to Haribon staff, race organizers and our police detail supervised by the Manila Traffic Management Office.

Luigi's Mixed Rice and Pasta would like to thank Haribon Foundation for inviting us to be a part of an important event to raise funds for environment conservation. Thank you also to all our clients who ordered our bestsellers to be their breakfast for the day. More power to Haribon and Godspeed!
